The formula
Fuel used in litres equals distance in kilometres times consumption in litres per 100 km, divided by 100. Cost equals the litres times your price per litre. The calculator shows every step.
Finding your real consumption
Typical long-haul tractor units use roughly 28β35 L/100 km, but load, speed, terrain, weather and tyres change this a lot. Use the average from your own trip computer or fuel records for a realistic result.
